Everyone who doesn't come is allowed in, even if the bank closes in 10 minutes and 20 people are still in line. There are no words. They don't respond to people's outrages about one window.
The specialists work terribly. There is only one cash register and it works very slowly. A specialist who does not deal with cash transactions (cards, loans) walks around the bank back and forth. And this is at the beginning of the working day when there are a lot of visitors at the bank. If you have a lot of things to do in the morning, then set the work time from 12 so that you have time to solve all your work issues. People plan their time based on your work schedule. It has always been serviced by other banks and it is clear that the level here does not even reach 2 stars.
