The only advantage is that they work on weekends. That's it. Even those bills that were issued by the same item 2 days ago are not taken back for exchange. The exchange is carried out selectively. To a greater extent, only untouched bills at all. Maybe this is the bank's policy. So, if you want to exchange currency, wait for a weekday and go to another place.
