I've never seen a worse bank. Terrible queues. Everything is very slow. The mobile app is just disgusting. Constant freezes, update curves, and the inability to solve problems with the application online. Even the balance can't be viewed every day. They just don't care about customers, how many people have complained about queues. To the point, the President said about cats.

Хорошее место расположения, вежливые работники, четко и доступно поясняют. Очереди иногда есть, но это объективно. Хорошая наглядная агитация имеет место.

Everything is as it should be , a pleasant atmosphere , lots of booths , a loudspeaker and a lot of space .
