I have been a client of the bank for many years, but after the recent incident, our cooperation will be over. Due to the loss of her main job, as well as moving to another country for permanent residence, she was forced to contact the bank to return the irrevocable deposit, attaching the necessary documents, namely, a copy of the work book, a marriage certificate with a foreign citizen, a copy of her spouse's passport. However, my situation, in the opinion of the bank, is not difficult and I was refused the return of an irrevocable deposit. I would also like to add that in other banks, moving to another country for permanent residence is a good reason for returning an irrevocable deposit.
You can't change small money for big ones, but it can be like that everywhere, so I don't know. Everything else is "good". As for the bank in general, I don't like that you can't change the PIN on the card through an ATM or at a bank branch, you need to go to Minsk and look for a certain bank. For example, in Belarusbank, there are no problems at any ATM.
