This is some kind of horror , not a bank . There is 1 cash register , and there are endless queues . There is no navigation, where any operations are performed, there is no consultant. It feels like they are not working at all , but discussing their personal affairs , which all visitors to the bank can hear . It sucks to have one queue to find out what 's in the other window for you. And then they send you back to the cashier to pay for the service , and there are queues again. It 's time to improve the work and not drive customers back and forth . I do not recommend this bank.
The staff is working very slowly, the soldier is sleeping, the service is on :) the motto of this organization. I do not recommend it

A bank that is rolling into the Stone Age,. The customer service is terrible, as is the attitude. This is the first time I've heard of the main account being closed if the card has expired. The account remains in other banks and the reissue of the card does not take any time at all. You stand in line to issue a card, then pay at the cashier. The prehistoric approach. Other banks simply debit from the card so as not to make unnecessary movements. If you have the opportunity to choose another bank, just go there and don't think twice.
There are two cash desks with permanent queues, the queue is shared in two cash desks at once, they can't organize a queue by numbers in any way,stand and see which cash desk someone jumps out to jump the queue himself😤

Yes, I had to go there. Replacement of the salary card. Queues are standing in place, the staff is working very slowly (each of the employees is immersed in his own business, and in the meantime, a queue of 15 people are waiting for someone to serve them) and then the whole queue stands for payment at the cash register because out of 4 cash registers only 2 or maybe 1 are working. So my score is 3 and that's a big plus for not being rude at least.
We were served quickly, friendly staff, answered all questions.

31.10.19. Only two of the four cash desks are open. There are 14 visitors. I've been waiting in line for thirty-five minutes. The queue is barely moving.
