Enter a time limit for the consultation!!! A pensioner sits and asks the same thing a hundred times. And the consultant explains what she doesn't need at all, talks about some stocks, deposits. A full house waits and listens to this nonsense for half an hour. People can't stand it, they freak out, sigh and leave. To receive my gifts (which I've been waiting for more than 3 months, by the way!) I had to wait in line to no avail, and as a result, I have to go again. It feels like the bank's employees are deliberately dragging their time until the end of their working day. At the same time, there is an announcement on the wall that even if you took a ticket to the electronic queue, you will not be accepted after 19.00. Why then give out a ticket, giving false hope for service!? Disgusting! I'm changing my bank urgently!

The bank branch is not decent - the son withdrew a foreign currency deposit - did not carefully accept the currency - trusted the bank - the result was slipped bills with stains, several 100 dollar bills are not accepted by other banks when handing over - thanks to the branch of this bank. There is a receipt for the issuance of money and the signature of the cashier, including the time (and a video recording of the operation in the department, although technical problems are possible). It is clear that nothing can be done (check the money without leaving from the cashier), but this is very bad and not decent. Be careful!

I was withdrawing money from the mir card, the ATM said that it was possible to withdraw 3,000 rubles, 500 was needed, but after a couple of days more cash was needed, it turned out that in fact the limit was 500 per week, it is clear that the bank did not come up with this, but the miracle programmers could fix it so that ATMs "convey relevant information" for clients. The card was virtual in the phone, other ATMs in Belarus mostly without contactless identification modules, so I had to drive for a long time in the hope of withdrawing money through this bank, but it turned out that the limit was exceeded!
