There is some arrogance and rudeness in the dialogue. Finally, introduce the principle of an electronic queue and change the staff, otherwise people will bypass this bank branch in order to save their time and nerves.
A small bank branch. I only stopped by because of the info kiosk. I do not know how they serve and what waiting time they have. The work schedule is convenient, until 19.00.
The department consists of one cash register and one specialist. You can stay with a specialist forever. If there are three people in line, it's more than an hour.
Actually, they come to the bank not to evaluate the manicure of employees, but to solve their financial issues! The bank is very conveniently located, in a good location, that's why there are queues! The staff is qualified, answers all questions in a businesslike manner. The only drawback is the small area of the department: it is cramped for both visitors and staff. But don't remove the compartment! In this place, a bank branch is just needed.

It's a disgusting place. There are many questions about the mode of operation of this RCC. Either set an adequate schedule on the site, or work as expected.
