In general, everything is fine.Polite attentive staff, but it was better before.You had to spend less of your time on the queue until you get to a specialist.
Three windows, one works. Queues. Terribly incompetent staff. This is the second time they have failed. Any bank has its pros/cons, but I strongly recommend this one if you don't want to lose a lot of time and nerves because of bureaucratic nonsense
