During this time, not a single customer was served. I read the schedule on the doors in front of each of the 4 ticket offices, only one had a regulated break during this period. There were two cashiers at the workplaces, but no customers were invited.
Meanwhile, about a dozen citizens have already gathered in the hall, humbly waiting for them to be served. There was also no manager at the workplace, but cheerful laughter and the clink of dishes could be heard from behind the glass partition.
He left without waiting for the start of the service.
