In short, I'm not very happy, although maybe it's just like that here, it seems normal in Voronovo. Cooperation with this bank takes 2 hours a week of sitting in queues, 10 liters of gasoline to get from the north, another 40 minutes on the way back and forth, well, damn a lot of nerves.
I would put 2 stars, but there are nuances, so 3 is a stretch. Only one cash register is always open, five people in the department, but you can sit for 40 minutes or more. Everything is slow and sad, if there was an opportunity to deal with another bank, I would not contact it. The staff is sluggish and dissatisfied, the management cannot install intercom devices, preening or shouting at the whole bank, or rewriting data on a piece of paper. In short, it's sad, it feels like a dying bank. For one person, apparently within the framework of the Italian strike, no less than according to the regulations, here is each person for at least 15 minutes, I do not even know what she is doing there all this time, maybe she is playing solitaire, xs.
