That branch is closed during business hours. Then you need to wait 30+ minutes while a single person is being serviced.
Fortunately, at least there is a sofa where you can comfortably sit and wait.

It is very convenient that access to the ATM is open 24/7, and if you urgently need money in the evening or at night, you can come and withdraw it without any problems, both in Belarusian rubles and dollars.
And what they write was closed: the employee has a traveling nature, and now an ad is hanging all the time if he is on the road with his phone number, which you can call in case of emergency. And why would a person sit if there are no people, and his power is needed in another department?
