As it was found out in the support, they recalculated according to some kind of their internal bank rate, which is simply not indicated anywhere, they could not provide any documents to this account, they only stated that this was the bank's policy.
The terrible organization of the bank's work. It all starts with the little things: The website has the address Romanovskaya Sloboda 10 and indicates the opening hours on Saturday 10-13 hours. In fact, the address is Romanovskaya Sloboda 8 and the opening hours on Saturday are 9.30-16. Regarding the bank itself: experts do not tell the truth to customers. Putting 20,000 on a revocable deposit, they returned 19994! That is, instead of interest, they also withheld $ 6! Carefully read the documents of this bank and do not hesitate to ask questions!
