We made an erroneous payment to receive an ID card, wrote a refund application!
However as 80R on the road is not the will and that they would have to take you into becoming a client of the Bank or you money will not give up ahahahahahahahahahahahahahah just hard why should I be the highest customer? I use other banks and I don't need your card! Why force a person? The refund came for a certain person and a certain passport, which prevents you from making a document! Give out the money and that's it?

The service is fast, although there are queues, I would like to have an information kiosk for card payments, not just cash. The staff is polite, attentive

Опираясь на режим работы на сайте пришла в отделение по ул. Ленина и о "счастье" оно в 18.15 закрыто. Хотя на сайте указано время работы до 18:30. Вопрос почему самовольно делают себе график работники банка? Руководство вообще в курсе? Обслуживание медленное, хотя там очередей практически нет, ни разу не попадала на очереди. Сонные мухи сидят вместо операционистов. Ну что сказать в СВЕТЛОГОРСКЕ работают как хотят видимо
