I have been a client of this bank for quite a long time, and unfortunately, every time it gets worse and worse in terms of service, but today there was a situation that made me decide to switch to another bank, and the reason is simple: after choosing a ticket for the operation I need and waiting in line for 22 minutes, out of 2 people, while seeing how new people come, choose the same operation as mine, but they are called and served before me. This is very unprofessional on the part of the bank, so I do not recommend this bank to anyone, please take care of your nerves and choose another bank.

I really liked the interior. Very spacious and cozy. The bank's staff is very friendly and welcoming. Polite girls came up with a professional approach to my situation and quickly and efficiently solved it. Thank you for your help, humanity, professionalism and cordiality.
Closing the wallet, they gave 1800 rubles, and a day later they sent an SMS that I owed them 12 kopecks. I called the bank to ask who they billed, they say it's a bank customer, although I'm no longer a bank customer. They wanted to pay me a fine for several years from 12 kopecks. MTS also works.
