This is very unprofessional on the part of the bank, so I do not recommend this bank to anyone, please take care of your nerves and choose another bank.

Closing the wallet, they gave 1800 rubles, and a day later they sent an SMS that I owed them 12 kopecks. I called the bank to ask who they billed, they say it's a bank customer, although I'm no longer a bank customer. They wanted to pay me a fine for several years from 12 kopecks. MTS also works.
I really liked the interior. Very spacious and cozy. The bank's staff is very friendly and welcoming. Polite girls came up with a professional approach to my situation and quickly and efficiently solved it. Thank you for your help, humanity, professionalism and cordiality.
