Horror. One ticket office is open, people are allowed in one at a time, the rest are waiting outside and freezing. They serve one person for more than 15 minutes, plus disinfection for 30 minutes every 2 hours, as a result, you stand in line for 2 hours so that the door is closed in front of you for another half hour.
