This left unpleasant feelings.

Probably today it is one of the best and most comfortable cinemas in the country. Convenient location: near the metro, public transport stops and Parking lots, KFS, McDonald's and small but cozy coffee shops. The cinema itself has conveniently located ticket offices and information kiosks where you can print tickets pre-ordered online. Polite, a little slow, but helpful staff who will help if you have any problems or questions. There is a cafeteria and, of course, popcorn.

The halls do not have enough illumination for at least the numbers of rows and steps, as they do in most other cinemas. We went in when the lights were already off (there was an advertisement), made our way to the places by touch, almost fell several times. By the way, it is also problematic to find the seat number - there is a very small mark on the bottom of the seat, it is easier to count the chairs yourself. In general, it is comfortable to sit, but a tall man will not stretch his legs. You don't rest your knees on the chair, and thank you. Toilets are a nightmare and a silent horror. I didn't know that somewhere in the capital in 2023 they still pee in a hole in the floor. Of course, there is no paper.
On the last visit, in the middle of the movie, it started to glitch, as if the file was broken. Maybe none of the movie launches were supposed to keep track of how the show was going. But even after the viewer's appeal, the workers did not immediately go to solve the problem, they had to leave the cinema twice to attract their attention. As a result, the session was + 15 minutes due to a technical problem, no one really apologized.

Ticket prices have never bitten here, the halls are always clean with comfortable seats.The sound in the cinema is not noisy, as many write. There are convenient self-service counters, as for me, it's even easier when you have all the information on your screen and you don't have to hurry, because there's a queue behind you. You can also purchase tickets online, and then just go to a special terminal, enter the code that will be sent to you in an SMS, after paying for the ticket, and the device will print your ticket to you. In general, I recommend it to everyone - a great place!)
