Great hotel, not for the first time, it's a pity that the pool was under renovation. The food is wonderful and the restaurant is on the 21st floor, the view is just space. The rooms are clean and nice, everything is working. The staff is friendly, except for the bartender and the coffee is disgusting, this is probably the only negative, but it does not affect my overall assessment in any way. We are living and holding events here not for the first time and always on top

The hotel is nice and modern. Everything in the room is harmonious and comfortable. The only significant disadvantage is the lack of air conditioning and this creates discomfort. The refrigerator also worked very poorly - it did not provide the necessary cooling, alas.
An excellent and varied breakfast buffet.
Helpful and attentive staff.

A good hotel, helpful staff, cleanliness, comfort. You can ask for advice at the reception, they will always help. We visited the observation deck, the views are charming. I can't judge about food in restaurants, I didn't have a chance to visit. There is a picturesque park around, which is conducive to walking.

A wonderful hotel! I would give more than three stars! Excellent location, the entire historical center was walked around! We stayed in a suite on the 10th floor, with a view of the park and the river from the window! Cleaning is daily, towels were changed, an excellent pool with a slide, which is turned on for 10 minutes once an hour. Breakfasts are above all praise! And varied and delicious! Tables are cleaned on time, dishes are served on time! During the large influx of visitors, the second hall was opened and the working hours of the dining room were increased! We liked everything!

From the first day of my stay at the Minsk hotel, I realized that I would be satisfied with EVERYTHING: the view from the window, the decoration in the room, cleanliness, service, and the kind maids of the 6th floor. I am pleased that the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I am happy with the buffet breakfasts. They are wonderfully fed, there is a large assortment of dishes. Well done, everyone! They organize tours in any direction: both long-distance and short-distance. I am very pleased with Katyusha's attention! On her advice, I went to Dudutki, where I really liked it. In general, everything is at the highest level!There were no disappointments and there are none. The hotel is gorgeous. The breakfasts are delicious. There are a lot of elevators and they arrive quickly. I had a single room on the 14th floor, there are windows, but they did not open and there was a door to the balcony. That is, if you needed to ventilate, you had to open the whole door wide and it immediately became cold. And at night, huge spiders crawled out on the balcony and I was worried that they would crawl into the room. There were about 11 popes. There is no air conditioning in the room. The light on the balcony does not turn on

I liked everything: a room on the 14th floor with a wonderful view of the city and Nemiga, great breakfasts, an excellent aqua zone with saunas. Many attractions are within walking distance. The WiFi is not bad. When we left, we were kindly called a taxi at the reception.

Here are three stars, they are 3, no more. The location is excellent, the room stock of the Soviet era, but clean. The staff is polite and friendly. The organization of a buffet breakfast is right on the spot: the hotel is full, breakfast is from 7 to 10, excursions for all groups start at the same time, and from seven in the morning THERE is a QUEUE AT a SMALL CAFE,!!!! I have not seen queues for breakfast in any hotel in the world, but here it is something terrible, the tail stretches from the dining room to the street. Although there is a bigger restaurant in the hotel. The management does not respond to complaints from guests and staff!! This is hospitality in Belarusian((((

Nice hotel, clean. The food in the morning buffet is very very varied and a lot. The staff is polite. The rooms are cozy, I would give the hotel 4 stars (it has three). Compare with hotels of this category in Grodno and Brest, they differ significantly in favor of this one.

We lived in a double room, two separate beds- comfortable beds, soft pillows and a blanket, clean linen.The room is clean: soap, shampoo, shower gel in dispensers, disposable slippers.There is a refrigerator. Hot and cold water in the cooler on the floor.The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable.
You can use the pool and fitness room at certain hours.
Breakfast buffet: everything is fresh, a large selection, delicious. For the price- an average price tag, acceptable in terms of price / quality ratio.

But there are no greens: dill, parsley, etc. There is clearly not enough tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as no bottled water (there is a cooler). We stayed for 4 nights in early July. The hotel is wonderful. Beautiful location, almost in the center. The rooms are nice, there are bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, air conditioning. Our room had a balcony. The room is on the 16th floor, the view is beautiful. The breakfasts are good, you definitely won't stay hungry. There is an ironing room on the floor. And most importantly, the staff is very friendly. There is Wi-Fi. We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel

Great hotel! I can't say it's cheap, but it's in a convenient location - it's not far from the center on foot, there's a shopping center nearby if you run in to buy something to eat in the evening. The hotel itself has excellent breakfasts - a very varied menu, everything is delicious and fresh. If I come to Minsk again (and I plan to), I will stay in Belarus.

An average hotel, the rooms are small, there are few places, the location is convenient for walking around the center, the breakfasts are hearty. It was only one day! The single room is small, but it has everything you need. The breakfasts are quite edible, you can choose for different tastes. It was not possible to ride the panoramic elevator, tickets ran out. It's kind of strange why you can't run the elevator more often than once an hour. The staff are very young people, polite, but they don't have all the information. The pool did not work in July, which is also a minus. If you stay for 1-2-3 nights, spend the night, then it's fine.

The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The girls at the reception are great - the child lost his phone, discovered the loss already at the airport, the staff reacted quickly, everything was found and waited for us! The view from the room is fantastic, the best panorama in the city.
The only thing is that there is no air conditioner (at +30 it was a bit difficult) and a kettle (but there is a cooler with water in the corridor), and it requires a little cosmetic renovation in the room, but most likely the cost will be different then😁 otherwise it is quite good, linen and towels are snow-white, there are slippers, soap accessories and a refrigerator. The hotel is located in one of the best places in Minsk. The view of the city center and the Svisloch River is amazing. For postcards. But the hotel is aging. A small dining room, filled like in a sanatorium, where at rush hour you stand in line with a plate for 10-15 minutes. But, we must pay tribute, the quality of the breakfast is 5 stars.

I'll start with the pros. Great location. We were given the 19th floor, a beautiful view. Since we are from a travel agency, we could visit the mini-water park for two hours at any time. Like it. A nice pool, saunas, we rode on a slide with a girlfriend. The breakfast was quite tasty and varied.
There is only one minus. For 190 rubles (that's how much a regular room costs) do not put toothbrushes. Okay, when they don't give you a bathrobe. They are only put more expensive in the rooms, but you can put brushes everywhere!

A great hotel. For its cost, it's fine. Very advantageous location: the center of the city, located in a beautiful park, right on the waterfront. Across the street (10 minutes on foot) is a huge shopping center Gallery. The Cornflower restaurant is also there, so there were no problems where to eat.
Yes, the metro has 2 bus stops, but this is not a problem, buses run very well. The Bolshoi Theatre is within walking distance. We will definitely return only here!!!

We were in the pool. The changing rooms are not bad, there is a device for drying wet clothes. The pools are small, the depth is up to 1.7. there are three saunas, also small. The number of people is moderate, but sometimes when you go to the sauna, it seems that everyone else in the pool also makes such a decision and it turns out that you can't get into the sauna. After the pool, they wanted to go in for a snack, they didn't like the cafe on the ground floor, they didn't even eat, the smell was like a school cafeteria.
I won't say anything about the numbers, I haven't been. I was in a restaurant, I didn't like the kitchen very much.
