One for not being allowed in the VIP lounge with food. They didn't warn you at the checkout when buying. Most people go to the cinema for the atmosphere, where eating popcorn is part of it.
One toilet for women and men for 30 people! When folding the chairs in the last rows, the screen is not visible from below, the air conditioner did not work. All these factors have greatly spoiled the impression.

A good cinema, comfortable chairs. For children there is a maze, a trampoline. You can buy snacks, popcorn was especially delicious with caramel, fresh, cooked on the spot. We had fun with my son, we liked it. I recommend it!

In principle, the cinema is very good. The only drawback is that the popcorn shop is only open until 11:00. It's a trifle, but it's children's sessions until 11:00, of course, to bring children together, but they really want to take popcorn and other goodies with them, and one store can't cope with the load, they were late for the session for a couple of minutes, and then many spat and went without popcorn.

The Cinema has an excellent children's room on the 2nd floor. We have been celebrating our daughter's birthday for 4 years in a row. Friendly staff, fast service, convenient location in the center of the street. Soviet, clean, well ventilated rooms are the largest maze in the city.

The halls are spacious, there is good ventilation (even if it is packed, there is a very small chance that it will be hot). The sound in both halls is excellent, the quality of the screen and the broadcast of films/cartoons is quite good. While waiting, you can sit in the cafeteria, which is located on the 2nd floor, where you can have a snack and play air hockey with someone, or go to 5D. The renovation is good, the staff is quite responsive and polite.

It performs its function perfectly. I will not write many words of praise or vice versa. Small and large halls are good. The VIP room is good, but not without jambs, there were nuances with the film twice, once a delay, the second an interruption during the first 15 minutes (at the end of the session everything was forgotten, but at the time of the problems it was terribly annoying), the air conditioner also buzzes terribly in the last row. The buffet (or as it should be called) is good, but it can be better. The pizzeria is very good. The children's room has not been checked, but its availability is already good:) in general, there is everything you need, the problem is one - the building is already old, and instead of a competent reconstruction or repair, they are trying to modernize it in other ways, which does not really benefit it. The ground floor has already been renovated, as I understand it, it is good there. It remains to bring the rest to mind. I would like to see this cinema in all its glory, because the building is very authentic and interesting, from the point of view of architectural solutions, for our city.
