When choosing the entrance doors to a private house, we were immediately asked if the room where the door would stand would be heated or cold.To which we replied that there would be a heated corridor.Then we were offered the option of a 92 series door, with a thermal break, because this is the best option for a heated room.The doors were ordered.The doors were made and installed (the guys installed them from a Steel Line).The month of December is outside, and the temperature is about zero degrees.And from the side of the heated room, the door frame is wet.The door leaf itself is dry, and the threshold and the box posts are wet.So, in order for the box to be dry, it is necessary that the room has its own microclimate.It turns out that such a door with a thermal break works well when the humidity in the room is no more than 45%.
When ordering, no one told us about it.
Therefore, now we need to put a second door next to this door.
