The exchange office operates according to a flexible schedule convenient for customers, but it is very inconveniently located right at the entrance to the Neighbors trading floor. Often, the queue at the exchanger prevents you from entering the trading floor. And in general, the location of the pavilions in this shopping center is not rational, except for the Tempo pizzeria on the 2nd floor (very convenient).

A good exchange office is needed for this point of the city. Employees try to serve quickly so as not to create queues.But for such a large shopping center building, where a huge number of people walk through a day, one exchange office is not enough.
