The bank always has the lowest currency sale rate in Belarus, and the purchase is high, a very large run-up, somehow it needs to be distributed competently and not rip off the people.

The department is located not far from the street. Sovetskaya is a quiet place and accordingly there are few people in the department. But very often there are practically no places for a car near the bank.
