Excellent department. Very friendly staff. Not very fast service is possible, but everything is within the limits. There is an electronic queue, there are few people at different times.
An excellent department, because of the inconvenient location of the queues, there are no large queues, which is very pleasing. The staff works quickly, if there are questions, they will advise you not to drive from window to window.
It's all good. The staff, as in any bank, is very good. The location is not the best, but near the bus stop. There is an electronic queue and there are not very many people. So if you need to pay for something quickly, for example, then it will be ideal to do it here
A good small department, professional staff, will explain, help, prompt. It's not crowded during the day. There is an ATM and an information kiosk on the street, which is also convenient.
There are great difficulties with parking nearby, maybe you need a place for the disabled, it was not possible to park, but a person on sticks....
I liked the department very much, we are especially grateful to Natalia for her professionalism, sincerity and patience!.
The last name was not looked at, but she worked to the left of the entrance, at a table separate from the operating room.
Every month I go here for help and pay for everything) I like everything) I especially like the manager of the department, always polite and will help tell me if something is needed
Surprisingly pleasant people for Belarusbank. If there is a queue at the checkout, the consultant helps to pay in the information kiosk (there is a cash register).
As a former employee of Bb and who saw everything from the inside, I am surprised😁 if they had worked a little faster at the checkout, it would have been a straight class))
I'm changing the review by one star. You buy currency from them, then they don't accept it, and so on through one client. Employees don't even bother to voice the reason
There are queues, as in all branches of Belarusbank, and, especially considering its location, it is not surprising! There is no electronic queue, but there is one queue, which is divided into 2-3 cash desks (depending on how many are currently working). There is a small sofa, for 3 people, to sit down while waiting. There is an information kiosk inside. There is another information kiosk and an ATM on the street. Employees help to make payments through the information kiosk.
It is a small department, there are queues, but the specialists try very hard and will always help and advise. there is an ATM with a bill acceptor inside, which is very pleasing. There is also a 24-hour regular ATM on the street.
I use the services of this department. But it's a little uncomfortable. If someone is talking behind your back, you can't hear what the operator is saying outside the window.
It was a disgusting department, it was so slow and confusing that it had never been serviced anywhere, plus something was constantly going wrong. if possible, it is better to go to another department, there is not even an electronic queue, but there are a lot of people and again confusion about who needs where.
The branch is very small with only two or three cash registers. There is an ATM and information kiosks inside the bank and on the street, the latter sometimes slow down. I can't judge the quality of service, because I use Internet banking.
