Two windows are working. The staff explains everything in an accessible way. They help me figure it out. But all 4 times I got into a very long queue (5-6 people).
Today at 2.15 pm I went to the branch, where there was a queue of 4 people and all 2 cash desks were working. My turn came only after 35 minutes, and I was running out of patience. The room is stuffy and there is no ventilation-pensioners suffer. The employees seem to realize the severity of the situation, so they politely explain and are not rude... but it is quite possible to serve customers faster. Good luck.

Once I made a card and ordered it to this branch to pick it up, I regretted it 10 times. I came to pick it up, they said they hadn't delivered it yet, they got something mixed up and asked me to come another day. Okay, I come another day, I stood in line, I come to pick it up again, they say they can't activate it, they allegedly changed the system and they have some problems. It was possible to pick up the card only for the 3rd time. The bank's terrible job. I do not recommend it. If you come here, be prepared to leave in a bad mood or at least stand in line for half an hour.
