The last person with the letter 0 was called number 8. In 40 minutes, no one else was called. It's hideously organized, it's just bullying. If the bank had one working window, I would understand. And so. It's just rudeness, bullying people. To sit in line for so long in an empty place, being late for work, there is nothing to say even about this!!! Dear bank management, have a conscience in the end. There are not many places where you can deposit currency in the Kurassov region, treat not only pensioners with respect. We are people too, we work. It's not just pensioners who live here!!!!I do not recommend a branch of this bank to anyone. If you come there, get ready to spend at least 2 hours there, because the management does not care about their customers.

The bank's employees always treat customers with respect, they know their job well and perform it with full responsibility. I am very pleased that elderly people are served 2 hours a day out of turn.
