The service is on the level, but it is always very long, hence the long queues, but this is not the worst. It is very inconvenient that it is located on the 2nd floor, uncomfortable stairs.
My impression is that the bank branch is in a good place, the staff is attentive, responsive (they will always help with all questions), competent.I can recommend this department for maintenance.
Only 2 of the five ticket offices are open.There are constant queues near two information kiosks.And once it was the strongest bank in Belarus!And so it is in almost every department.It feels like either those who should organize the work of the departments are people of very low qualifications. Or the bank has a new goal -to mock customers
