But there is an ATM and an information kiosk outside, which work around the clock, but very often there are decent queues.
The info kiosk is not very good. When it was necessary to invest money on the card, I could not, as it turned out, not all the money is "taken" by the electoral fund.
I haven't faced this situation for a long time..
Today I decided to take out insurance for a trip abroad at the 510/127 branch of Belarusbank. I lost a lot of time and nerves because I was late for work. First they looked for letterheads, then envelopes. Envelopes after I paid for them. What I regretted! They were never found! As a result, 30 minutes of lost time and insurance forms are not very aesthetically pleasing in the file! And not even any apologies about it! If you undertake any service, then provide it with high quality!
This is an assessment of the WHOLE BELARUSBANK! The most greedy bank! You have withdrawn 15% for the transfer from abroad to the card. Do you even consider this the norm?! I have already told my parents to change the bank to an adequate bank and one that values its customers! And we also thought about placing a deposit in your bank. But it's BETTER NOT TO CONTACT YOU AT ALL.

It's just a terrible department. I have never seen such slow workers anywhere else. Not all windows are open during rush hour, you can sit in line for more than an hour. My advice is to go to another department.
The commission is twice as high as in commercial banks. There is no service. I had to pay for another person under the contract at the checkout, and my personal data began to be demanded from me. There is no such thing in other banks. Plus, it's always stuffy and crowded.
You have to wait in line for a very, very long time because of the illiterate distribution of the work of the operators. In the evening (I arrived at 17:00), I served an hour and a half, although I was third in line and the queue did not move at all for an hour and a half, because two employees for my operation went on a break, there was only one left, who told the annoying client which buttons to press on the phone. The whole situation made people impatient. And only when people started complaining to the administrator and being indignant, the operator let the client go… The room was small, the operator was sitting in a place where it was clearly visible that a huge crowd of people had gathered and everyone was standing and watching when he would let her go.
Huge queues. You can stand for more than an hour to change 100 dollars. I've never seen such queues anywhere else. The waiting time is their main disadvantage.
There is little space, but any issue can be resolved quickly enough. Bank employees help if you don't have to stand at the cash register.

A terrible place and a bank, I would not advise you to be served in it. The bank is not customer-oriented in any way. Any operation or statement takes a lot of time and nerves, which is 5 minutes for any other bank.
There is little space and a lot of people. They work very slowly. I stood in line for two hours, like the rest of the people. One operation per window. The whole queue was in one window and people stood for two hours, while two free workers in other windows just sat. Two people are served and a break of 15 minutes. The administrator replied to everything that was happening that if we didn't like something, then we could go and perform half of the operations over the Internet and not create a queue. Thanks:) Probably there is not always an opportunity to do this if we come? And what about the elderly, who are the majority there? Half of them have been on their feet for the past two hours. There is no desire to come to this bank again. The mood was ruined. And the people in the queue were to blame for everything, because they are the ones who come and create it.
The queues are eternal!!!! What in the morning, what in the afternoon, what in the evening!!! There is no consultation at all!!! No help!!!!
I'm avoiding this bank!!!!
