To say that I waited for almost an hour and couldn't even wait for my turn, to say nothing, to do it for 10 seconds, for some reason, when you take a ticket with a number, other people's numbers appear in front of you, and your number is pushed back, I had to go to study with a teacher, I waited 40 minutesmy number was pushed back, then one cash register started working altogether and no one else was called, as a result, I went to look for another ATM to withdraw money! Terrible attitude! Please call one at a time, and do not put the numbers before those that should be next in line!

I pay taxes very quickly by legal entity, there is no queue at all. But they don't know what protective masks look like. I came in wearing a scarf-the mask was refused service. I had to show the label where it says that it is against dust, viruses. After that, they were served, but they were very much asked not to make an entry in the complaint book. I spent 15 minutes logging in once. Pharmacies sell decarative masks, what do they say to that?
A good branch with ATMs and a terminal available around the clock. We need everyone to work like this.

I only used an ATM. The bank itself is not far from public transport stops. The location of the ATM after the bank closes may not be very clear (there is a work schedule on the front door, but you can still go in and use the ATM)
