Previously, there was a wonderful office, but now it's a quiet horror....
Only one window is working.
The service is very slow , and the work schedule is terrible . One customer is served for 20 minutes or even longer.
The cashier talks to the customer for a very long time
People come in and out. Elderly people stand in queues for hours . In an hour , the queue gathered from 9 people , but they did not advance one ....

I have been a Belarus Bank card holder for 15 years now. I live on Pushkin Street. I use this department on a regular basis.The staff always explain and help me if I don't understand something. The girls there are very polite and smiling.

Not the most convenient location, a tiny room with several workplaces (there are offices with the same number, but several times more spacious!) and not the most convenient weird work schedule. But all this is always compensated by the friendly and friendly staff of this homely little department :) And if there is a choice, I always prefer to look there. Even with a bicycle, it is convenient - it is perfectly visible from the window. Bike parking is just not enough :)
