A great branch right at the exit of the subway. In general, like everyone else. There are restrooms for visitors, as well as children's corners where your child can draw or play while you solve your questions.
The staff is polite and considerate.
In general, it is a good department, there are many specialists, they serve promptly, there is a place for children to play while waiting for the queue. Compared to other departments where I was much better. But queues... it happens that you have to wait 30-50 minutes.
In the only information kiosk, as usual, there is a queue of 10 people, mostly foreign students, and every time, as for the first time, they try to fight this diabolical device, which of course stretches the waiting time indefinitely. At the same time, a consultant, manager, or whatever they call her, is standing next to her, yawning lazily, pretending not to notice, instead of coming up, helping and dispersing the queue. It's a mess and an outrage.
