The air conditioner did not work on 26.09, there are a lot of people in the customer service room, so it is very hot, and this is in autumn. I have never seen such a slow service anywhere. There is always a full hall of people, half of the ticket offices are not working, it's terrible

There was a need to make a map. 07/24/2024 I came to the bank, sat in line for an hour, and did not wait. The next day, on 07/5/2024, I waited in line for about an hour again, left with nothing. The queue is moving slowly, because not all windows are working and this is the central branch of the city. There is no desire to contact this bank anymore.
