For the periphery, the service is at a decent level, the only drawback I see is the limited space of the customer service area.

There is no customer orientation in the bank. Employees are rude to the whole hall, show their "businesslike" appearance, refuse service, while doing nothing, just sitting in their pants empty.
Customers bring money to the bank and also listen to it is unclear what is addressed to them. I went in for the first time in 10 years, never set foot there again. I do not recommend it!!!!
