DISGUSTING BANK AND SERVICE!
My story came to a particular bank because it is located within walking distance from home to pay for driving school exams. There were few people, there was 1 person in each window, but I stood in line for 20 minutes, then another 40 minutes while I was being served. She went to the window, showed me what was needed, with a dissatisfied face, the operator told me that I could do it MYSELF in the info kiosk, to which I said that I did not know how to do it and I needed checks for each operation (7 pcs), therefore I would spend time without experience and a full hand and ignorance a lot. The operator began to do her job, halfway along the way she realized that she had done it to the wrong address, began to redo, redone, apologized and let me go, but of course she said that "yes, for a long time, for that she saw a mistake." Great, let's move on. When I came to the driving school, they told me that everything was paid except for one, as it turned out the address was not correct, I had to pay again and go to the tax office in my area, write an application for a refund. The horror!
The impressions are disgusting, even to the other side of the city, even where I will go to solve my problems, but not to this bank.
On the same day, I went for a few euros, they didn't accept it, she says she's torn! Mayhem, the bill was with a small notch (3mm) in place of the crease and I did not accept it!
The queue is not electronic!
The workers are always standing smoking at the emergency exit door!
I used to work with one day off, then I did two. Working hours have been reduced now. It is clear that many payments can now be sent through ERIP, but sometimes it is necessary to make a payment through a bank. It doesn't work in the morning, it doesn't work in the evening. The functionality of the windows is constantly changing. If you need to top up your card, then only during the bank's business hours, because the information kiosk is located inside. There are a lot of inconveniences for customers, but the staff is polite, there is always an employee near the information kiosk who will help you figure it out. There are two ATMs outside. It seems one is only for payments, and the other is for payments and cash withdrawals.
