There are no competitors within a kilometer radius, there is always a queue and a rather strange opening time of the cash registers, either one or two work as you get there, there is an information kiosk in the hall, an ATM on the street.
It's just some kind of komora. Cashiers come across out of this world. They think something is wrong and they don't want to take any chances. Nothing is clear. Come to another department, everything is fine there.
