Polite bank employees always run towards you and ask how to help, an electronic queue, usually after 14:00 there are fewer people, the service is at the highest level.
The bank is just terrible. Transfers to cards of your own bank are paid. Everything is paid here. You will not find out the account number for replenishing the card using the ERIP via the mobile application, only if you make an e-mail statement, which will come at the end of the month. I don't see the bank's phone number either in the mobile application or in the SMS from the bank. So to make a call to the bank, go to the bank's website. And everything is terribly slow here, I mean, replenishing the card from another bank. Maestro cards are a card, not a visa, not a mastercard, which you can use anywhere in the world. My personal opinion. Two stars for the beautiful branches of the bank.

I stood for an hour to get a card that I ordered online and paid for, so I was not accepted. An electronic queue is a good thing when it works. She works in this bank through one place. The TV with the electronic queue does not work, apparently it is frozen, the signs above the windows are probably burned too.
Wow, I waited for someone to ask me about this bank. So I realized that everything with the prefix "WHITE" is really tin. There are always queues, there are no bills and check tape in ATMs. The staff is completely inadequate (except for consultants). And in general, the tolon system did not work here.
