When I enter the bank, the consultant greets me
with a smile! But when they approach the cashier with the proceeds (there are a lot of coins, but they are counted and laid out), they make such a dissatisfied face, it's so hard for them, they sigh. It's not like I came to her house, it's her job. All the positivity disappears.
