Yes, this is a complete kapets. Moreover, extortionate interest rates from banks, exchange rates, etc. are also being ripped off out of the blue. I came to put dollars on a dollar card. A young kid was sitting in the window. I gave him a card, told him to put dollars on it. So he either out of inexperience, or got loose on the first working day - he changed dollars into rubles and put rubles on the card... Did they tell you to change the money and then put it on the card? No! I lost 10 rubles on his manipulations.. It's because of such employees that you don't trust bank employees, every time you expect to be cheated!

Полуразбитое высокое крыльцо, не приспособленное для подьема физически ослабленных лиц и инвалидов. При этом в этой части здания расположены три организации (почта, магазин и банк) и не кому нет дела к указанным выше проблемам.
