The queues are terrifying. From the very morning of the opening, from 10:00, only one ticket office is open. Others do not work under various pretexts, then the absence of people, then some special technical breaks, which is unclear if the working day has started, what kind of special break? On similar working days, the employees of this banking institution do not burden themselves with work - even 2 cash desks rarely work! The only plus is really the politeness of the staff-for which you can safely put one star, but in the future stay away from this branch without wasting your time in the queue.
