the work of the bank is terrible, in order to pay for communal services, I stood on Saturday 12/15/12 for almost 2 hours - one window was working. The queue is like in a mausoleum, and the cashier simply closed the window without any compassion for people (even with children) during the technical break.... the ticket office was working No. 4
