Perhaps there are echoes of the factory district. I would not advise you to come here. Except for those who live very close by.

I came to extend the card. Mine is no longer being released — they offered a similar one.
I filled out all the paperwork.

The conversion of EUR-usd is unprofitable for the ppts. I lost $60 in equivalent. If I knew that there would be such a thing, I would have changed it elsewhere.
It is convenient when the bank branch is near the house. There are two terminals with bill acceptors inside. You can transfer currency / rubles to the card. There are not many queues.
There are always huge queues! Morning, afternoon, evening...whenever you come. When you come to this department, be prepared to lose at least 30-40 minutes!
