There is no 24-hour information kiosk where you can deposit money on a card. And a constant "suggestion" that I would at least issue some kind of card. Also a power of attorney, insurance
The staff is friendly, they work quickly, if something is unclear, they prompt. Of the minuses:- previously, they constantly offered to buy a lottery, but now they want to insure themselves. This imposition is noticeably encouraging
The work at the bank is well established, but it is infuriating that the consultants never talked about making a card online on the bank's website. Consultants do not talk about the pros, and to a greater extent the cons.
