The situation is as follows: I came to the branch to hand over the proceeds at 14:47 (the bank is open until 15:00), took a coupon. There were 5 people in the queue, 3 operating windows were working. After me, 6 people came in, if not more (one girl took a ticket in 59 minutes)My ticket was called at 14:59, when I went to the window, the girl decided to explain to me that today the department is open until 15:00 and, to quote: "you need to come in advance and take the ticket." After the girl accepted the proceeds, I politely asked to exchange euros, to which I heard a rude reply: "it's no longer possible, I have 6 people in line."
On the basis of what, the employee of this department refused to serve me? Who is to blame for the fact that they do not have time to serve customers before closing? Moreover, I did not come 5 minutes before closing time!!!!

For example, the Belarusbank branch, along Tsentralnaya Street, has very responsive staff, never had any such situations happen, they accepted it a minute before closing, without various complaints and were always polite.
And the employee of this department just ruined the mood for the whole day.
I recommend that the management take a closer look at their employees and select them according to very important criteria.!

The bank branch is good. I often go there. Excellent staff. The only drawback is that there are few working cash registers. And there are a lot of people, so long queues form.
Separately, I would like to "prompt" the bank's board: do not rush to close the cash desks and branches, we will still need them. Since "plastic", information kiosks, mobile applications and similar innovations are still very, very far from perfect. Today, after all, cash in a wallet is a much better guarantee of stability than non-cash on a plastic card. In addition, live communication with a person (operator, cashier, consultant), will not be in any comparison with a soulless gadget, program or device.
If the bill acceptor does not work in the information kiosk, then for some reason they do not warn about it. After all, at the entrance to the bank, you can put up an ad so that customers would not stand in vain in the queue at the information kiosk.
