The service is decent, but the staff in the windows, to put it mildly, is not cheerful, one operation takes a long time, sometimes they do not bother to say hello in response, I noticed rather sarcastic answers to calmly asked questions by customers. In terms of the moments to replenish the card or pay for any services, fortunately, there are information kiosks in the bank itself, which is very appropriate, since queues are often kilometers long.

Everything is like in any Belarusbank, kilometer-long queues, at least electronic ones. Half of the windows are closed, but there is a consultant who will tell you what you can pay at the terminal, or which operation to choose in the electronic queue.
