Большое отделение банка. Внутри просторно. При входе обслуживает консультант, очередь электронная. Специалистов много, долго ждать не приходится! Специалисты вежливы и приветливы. Внутри инфокиоски, снаружи банкомат.
Сначала ждал пол часа пока она обслужит бабку с ее коммунальными платежами, после чего меня послала, типо недостаточно данных, пошел в соседний банк и оплатил без проблем

Очень удобное отделение. Летом, когда жарко, работает кондиционер. Зимой тепло. Установлены мягкие диваны для посетителей, электронная очередь. Исключительно вежливый персонал.
Одно из нелучших отделений Беларусбанка. Расположение неудобное. Очередей особых нет, но персонал работает так, что один платёж может растянуться на неопределенное время. Кассиры всячески пытаются спровадить посетителя на терминал. Консультанты любой вопрос решают медленно, постоянно бегают за уточнениями к старшим... Лучшее, что есть в этом отделении, банкоман)

Нормальное отделение. Комфортное, аккуратное. Сравнительно долгое обслуживание из-за электронной очереди. Инфокиоски, терминалы. Не хватает ифнокиоска/терминала на улице с купюроприемником работающего 24/7. Опытные сотрудники
Банк после ремонта. Электронная очередь. Два зала: для работы с клиентами по поводу карточек, вкладов и прочее; зал для проведения денежных операций.Можно самим оплатить через терминалы, есть терминал с купюроприемником. Если не получается оплатить, всегда помогает сотрудник банка ( женщина средних лет - большое ей спасибо!)
