I found a Velvet bank card, presumably a pension card. I dialed the bank and offered to leave my number so that the cardholder would contact me and pick up the card. to this, the consultant told me that we do not work like this, bring it to the nearest branch and hand it over. i.e., trying to do a good deed for the bank's client, the bank itself does not go to meet its own client, thereby forcing me to waste my time and my funds. in other banks, there has never been such indifference on the part of employees and the bank itself.
