I reissued the card on a PAID basis. I did not look at the map on the spot, after all, Belarusbank, the largest bank in the country. After leaving the bank, I looked at the card and was stunned by what I saw: the card on the front side was very badly scratched. Disgusting service!!!
CHECK THE MAP ON THE SPOT WITHOUT LEAVING THE WINDOW!
A very good department. I paid the exit fee for the car; the payment was accepted in Russian rubles. There is an electronic queue, a lot of windows, everything is moving fast!
The staff is extremely polite and very professional, they work promptly.
Thanks! I recommend it!
My husband is Belarusian, I am Russian, we have been separated for 3 years only because of red tape, inattention and indifference to our citizens in Belarus. He is very ill, having worked hard for many years, at the last one (working on the railway in Minsk) he tore off his back...and the torment began...For more than a year, a person who was unable to work due to illness wandered around acquaintances (although he had his own house, this is another terrible story about the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus!!!), sometimes starved, sought a disability group. And when he was finally assigned group 2, he had to issue a bank card in order to receive a pension. So, living near Minsk, and registered in Volozhin, he was sent to his place of residence...this is 3 hours in transport on the "perekladny". I arrived on Monday, and there was an announcement on the bank without specifying the reasons that the bank was not working and there was a queue. While in St. Petersburg, I found the Belorusbank website, the phones of the Volozhin branch (6 pieces), gave them to my husband, he called, but not a single phone was answered!!! Then I wrote a letter to the site, not hoping for a result...But my husband called 10 minutes later and said that he was already at the bank!!! People and he, a disabled man with severe pain, had to stand for more than 2 hours at the bank in ignorance. I have been helping my husband financially and morally from St. Petersburg all these years. He has more surgeries ahead of him, I myself am retired and have also undergone surgery. I hope to connect soon and live with us in St. Petersburg, but to Belarus only for an excursion, we got so drunk there!...
There are always long queues at the ticket offices, staff reductions on the periphery and the result on the face. But in Minsk, employees are needed in this system.
