Bad. Of the 6 ticket offices, one is open, maximum two. You wait for 25-30 minutes to exchange currency, it takes 3 minutes in total.

The service is good. But it takes a very long time to wait in line to hand over the proceeds. There is no separate cash register for servicing legal entities.

A terrible bank, it is impossible to wait for your turn, people who come to the bank later than you, are serviced earlier, all because of the stupid ticket system, it is not clear by what algorithm they are called to the cashier R, O, Y, etc. After waiting in line for 40 minutes. It never made it to the cashier. We just don't have any alternatives, and so we have to wait a very long time.
