Lovely and very polite staff.
However, everything is very measured and slow, as in all provincial cities.
Money was being debited.
There was no need to change the money.
The Russian World map works perfectly everywhere in Belarus.

It is very difficult to convert currency, they consider bills ridiculously carefully and often do not accept them, whereas in neighboring areas there are no problems with such bills in Belarusbanks. Maybe they have their own rules, different from the state ones?

There's nothing to worry about either, you can only put money on the phone through the cashier, and there's a percentage. The device is not working.
