I've read a lot of negative reviews, but I strongly disagree. The staff is qualified and courteous. It works fast. As for the queues, I try not to go during the lunch break of most local clerks, as well as after work during rush hour. Therefore, I never waited more than 20 minutes.

The result is either the manager is lazy, or the bank's conditions are not to open the card without additional purchases
Terrible attitude towards customers, first they sent it to one cashier, then they told you to go to another, and when I already thought I would get a card, they told me to wait. As a result, I liked more than an hour of my time to pick up a randomly forgotten card
