We always return to this bank. The service is decent. The window is accepted quickly :) The staff are competent, tactful, and friendly. I have never had to work with a specialist Yulia Mikhailovna, who combines not only the best professional qualities, but also human ones!
The bank's office is located in a transportably accessible location. The room is large enough with an electronic queue, equipped with comfortable sofas-banquettes for visitors. In principle, there are always a lot of visitors (or am I just always so "lucky"?), but there has never been a long wait. Moreover, there are terminals for self-payment and friendly and polite girl consultants who are always ready to help. The main thing (!) is not to be in the bank during the payment period for housing and communal services, when 1 pensioner paralyzes the operation of the payment terminal for a very long time, driving visitors in the queue to frenzy (I desperately shake hands with the consultant girls for their patience and perseverance!). I recommend visiting, but in order not to waste time in the queue, try to choose the time of visiting the bank's office.
I am not a fan of Belarusbank, but I have been to this branch several times and was quickly, efficiently and correctly serviced. Very responsive administrators helped me open Internet banking, the cashier quickly gave me a password card, in general, the attitude of the staff was excellent.

In general, the atmosphere in the bank is friendly. Individual specialists cannot calculate the average salary for obtaining a Magnet card. You explain how much you get on your hands, then you went somewhere and confirmed what I said. It all took about 25-30 minutes. I will not name the girls' last name. She's young, she'll learn. And so, according to the five-point system, it is almost "good"

There is no telephone connection with the bank's department at the customer's place of residence, all issues have to be resolved through the services located in Minsk. Politeness covers inactivity
In such a advantageous place, next to the district executive committee, in the middle of the city, to have such a shabby, unsettled hall for clients is more than wildness. They closed the cashiers from the customers with partitions through which nothing can be heard. So put on the intercom, at least at the expense of the wild salaries of the Directorate!
